Terms of Service
Article 1 – Definitions
The following definitions apply to these General Terms and Conditions:
Withdrawal Period: The time frame in which the customer may exercise their right to cancel the purchase, where applicable under these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy.
Consumer: A natural person not acting in the course of a trade or profession who enters into a distance contract with Audrey & Paige Charleston.
Continuous Contract: A distance agreement relating to a series of products and/or services over time.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the stated withdrawal period, subject to the exclusions and conditions outlined in these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy.
Business: Audrey & Paige Charleston — offering products to consumers via distance sales.
Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the consumer and Audrey & Paige Charleston using online communication methods.
CESOP: The EU’s Central Electronic System of Payment Information used to monitor payment service providers.

Article 3 – Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, purchases, and agreements between the consumer and Audrey & Paige Charleston.
Prior to concluding any agreement, these Terms will be made electronically available to the consumer. By placing an order on Audreypaigecharleston.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service, as well as our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Article 4 – Offers
All offers on the website are non-binding.
Audrey & Paige Charleston reserves the right to update, change, or withdraw prices, discounts, product availability, descriptions, and promotions at any time.
Prices listed on the website include the product price and, where indicated, shipping. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any courier surcharges are the customer’s responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Product images, colors, materials, sizing details, and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing updates, or supplier differences.
Article 5 – Agreement
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully confirmed, the agreement becomes binding.
From this moment onward, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, reversed, or refunded under any circumstance before delivery.
Customers must wait until the package has been delivered before submitting any return request, in accordance with Article 6, Article 6a, and our Return & Refund Policy.
For clarity, cancellations are not possible after payment confirmation. Please refer to the “Order Cancellations” section in our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the product, where applicable and subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined in these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy.
No reason is required for withdrawal where the right of withdrawal applies.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with original tags and packaging attached.
Return requests must be submitted and approved in advance by our customer support team. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for refund.
Article 6a – Exclusions from Right of Withdrawal
Items discounted by 40% or more are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Sale items with a discount of less than 40% may only be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, provided all return conditions are fully met.
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain products may be excluded from return where applicable.
Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes of the same item to try at home and return unwanted sizes may be deemed ineligible for return, refund, or exchange at our sole discretion.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Upon approved withdrawal, Audreypaigecharleston.com will refund the consumer within a reasonable processing timeframe after receiving and inspecting the returned item, provided the item meets all return conditions.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, courier charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For all eligible returns, a restocking and handling fee of $15.50 per returned item applies to cover inspection and handling costs. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Article 8 – Customs and VAT
The consumer is responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, courier charges, and compliance with local regulations.
Audreypaigecharleston.com is not the official importer of record for international orders.
Any costs incurred during customs processing, including additional charges by couriers or local authorities, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We provide appropriate shipping documents where applicable, but we cannot guarantee customs clearance or local compliance. Customers are encouraged to check their country’s import policies before placing an order.
Failure to comply with customs obligations, refusal to pay customs fees, or delays caused by customs processing do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Article 9 – Compliance with CESOP
In accordance with EU law, payment service providers may report transaction data to the CESOP system.
Audreypaigecharleston.com complies with these legal obligations where applicable.
Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty
All items sold are expected to meet the descriptions and standards presented on the website.
If a product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, the customer must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide clear photographs and/or video evidence showing the issue.
If a manufacturing defect is verified and approved, Audrey & Paige Charleston may provide a replacement item at no additional cost, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, washing errors, normal wear and tear, incorrect sizing choices, or external causes is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Minor variations in color, material, fit, texture, or product details are not considered defects and do not entitle the customer to compensation or remedies beyond the standard return rights provided under our policies.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are normally delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.
While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, seasonal volume, carrier delays, local delivery conditions, weather, logistical disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a delay occurs, the customer will be informed where reasonably possible.
The customer is legally responsible for handling import and customs formalities. Audreypaigecharleston.com is not liable for customs delays, courier delays, local delivery issues, or related costs.
Failure to comply with customs obligations is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery experience.
Article 12 – Complaint Resolution
Complaints must be submitted via email within 7 days of discovering the issue.

Please include your full name, order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or documentation.
We aim to respond within 14 days. If more time is required to investigate or resolve the complaint, we will notify the customer with a new estimated resolution time.
Article 13 – Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes will first be resolved through dialogue between the customer and Audrey & Paige Charleston.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through dialogue, disputes will be handled by the competent court in New York, USA, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Article 14 – Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By placing an order on Audreypaigecharleston.com, the customer agrees to comply with these Terms of Service and the official procedures outlined in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team and following the official return or complaint procedure may be considered a violation of these Terms.
Audrey & Paige Charleston reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation to the payment provider during dispute investigations, including order confirmation, payment confirmation, proof of shipment, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communication, and acceptance of these Terms.
